Control 'LBTools' has no parent window

We are getting a strange error when trying to add text annotations to our chart. To repeat the issue:

1) Use right-click save-as to save this file: http://www.phoenix-int.com/~nsharp/teeC ... ionBug.xls
2) Load the file and press the button on the main sheet.
3) a dialog will pop up. Press the button on the form to hook the editor panel up to the chart control.
4) Select Tools on the editor panel
5) Click "Add"
6) Choose "Other" and Annotation.
7) You will receive the error "Control 'LBTools' has no parent window.

yes, you're correct, it's a bug. I've added it on our defect list and a fix for it will be considered to inclusion for the next maintenance releases.
