TeeGrid and .NET 3.5SP1

We did purchase TeeGrid for use in a WinForm .NET 3.5 SP1 project, but we keep getting a CS0246 error:

"The type or namespace name 'Steema' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

We get the same trying with a new test project, and also the examples.

Setting target to .NET 4.0 solves the issue, but it's not an easy option for us.

Is there a way to make TeeGrid work with a .net 3.5 application ?

Sorry for the delay replying. TeeGrid for NET requires franework 4.0.
