Is it possible to draw a chart like this?

Hi

I just wonder if you could say if it were possible to plot a chart like this using the latest version of TeeChart?

I know that you could have a two color fill on an area chart i.e. red above zero (or any other threshold value) and blue below but I wonder if you could create a third area in the middle with no color at all?
