Licensing Issue

Hello,

I seemed to create an unrecoverable issue on my development machine, I mistakenly removed my license using the Tcalc License tool (version TeeCalc_Lic_1.2023.6.12). Now when I try to add the license back I am getting the following error "The activation process has failed". I have also tried to manually activate the license using my MachineID and the website, creating a LicenseID, but again receive the same error message.

Any guidance on how to get my development machine license back in working order?

Hello Mark,

If you can send the MachineID the tool lists for you, to the "info@steema.com" email address, we'll check and clear the ID from the database log so you can retry.
