Steema Support Central writes to inform you of the availability of the latest TeeChart VCL/FMX 2020.31.201112 release with full RAD Studio 10.4 (RX/DX/CX) support.
The new update includes TeeChart Pro and Standard binary and source code installers for all development environments already supported.
Customers with active subscription may download the version at no-charge from the customer download page.
If you'd like to try-out the new release you can follow this link to download the fully functional evaluation version.

Well, it installs ok on my HP laptop but fails on my Desktop with the error message shown. Any clues from the error?
The error appears immediately after the customer Number and Passwords have been entered. Interestingly, the Desktop's installation folder contains a TeeCalc folder with ja, ko and zh folders plus 4 TeeCalc dll and exe files (when the error is still displayed), but that folder isn't in the laptop's folder after the successful installation. Both computers use the English (United Kingdom) languages. The laptop has 3 languages in Settings (with English selected) but the Desktop has only the one. Could this be a language settings issue? The message looks as though it may be.

Could you please try to remove the installation folder (in your case "E:\Steema Software\Steema TeeChart Pro VCL FMX Source Code 2020.31") and reinstall TeeChart again?

Tried that a couple of times, but I get the same error. After aborting the failed installation, the installation folder is empty.
