Bug adding TColorLines & TGridBand Tools to customaxes

Hello,

I think I found a bug in Teechart. I am using TDBChart:
In de Design Editor, if you add a number of custom axes, then add TColorline tools (or Gridbands, same problem) and you want to connect them to the custom axes, it seems it wants to connect to the next custom axes. In fact, if you want to connect a TColorLine tool to the last customaxis, you get an AV, indicating de designer want so connect to a customaxis that does not exist (index 1 higher than the last one).
I think this bug has crept in one of the more recent updates because a year ago I had no problems here. Also if I do not tough the dfm code there is no problem, so it seems to be in the Design time code only.

Please advise or fix in a next update.

Note I've already fixed it for the next maintenance release.
