Bug: Improper spelled TSeries events

By changes I stumbled upon the incorrect spelled events in TLineSeries:

AfterDrawValues should be OnAfterDrawValues
BeforeDrawValues should be OnBeforeDrawValues

By changes I stumbled upon the incorrect spelled events in TLineSeries:
AfterDrawValues should be OnAfterDrawValues
BeforeDrawValues should be OnBeforeDrawValues

I would like inform you that AfterDrawValues and BeforeDrawValues are spelled correctly. If you don't agree please, explain exactly why.

Because these are events.. and so they should be preceded by an 'On'...

These two events have always been like this (checked at least since TeeChart v5). I'm not sure if changing their name would affect in more aspects than breaking backwards compatibility, but I think this reason is enough for not changing them.
