How do I download the HTML5 tchart component for Smart Studio? The links provided go to the Smart Studio site but not to a component.

I'm afraid this is actually suspended, waiting for the "User controls in component palette" support, in Update 2 – November 19th, 2012 - according to their roadmap.
In the meanwhile, if you want, we can send you the files and the demo for it, so you can give it a try.
