LegendScrollBar

When you select LegendScrollBar charttool, it appears to be there whenever the Active property is set to True.

It would be great if it had an AutoHide property which when true the scroll bar would only be visible when the legend had too many items to display and needs scrolling functionality and automatically hidden when its not needed rather than having to set its active status to True and False after calculating if all the periods are shown.

Hi Narcis,

Just found another minor bug with the LegendScrollBar.

If you have a LegendScrollBar on a Right Aligned Legend and then check the Inverted property on the Legend in the TeeChart Editor itself, the scrollbar now works the wrong way round. i.e. when you click on the down scroll button the legend moves in the wrong direction.

I guess that the LegendScrollBar hasn't taken into account that the legend has been inverted.
