Using Asymetrix Toolbook II with TeeChart

Closing a simple toolbook application with extension Teechart6.ocx (s.o. Windows 2000 service pack 4), result three error messages like ...access violation at address ...write of address ... runtime error 216 at ...
In most cases I must shutdown and re-start my PC.
There is anobody who knows what happens ? Thanks.

could yo please post an example to the steema.public.attachments newsgroups with which I can reproduce the problem "as is" here and review it ?
