TQRChart 7.07 flickers design time
TQRChart 7.07 flickers design time
It works with Delphi2006 but in Delphi6 it works worse than the 4.06 version. Now it flickers all the time.

Hi jls,
TQRChart v7.07 in Delphi 6 with its shipped QR version doesn't flicker here. If you are a TeeChart source code customer have you tried using the Recompile tool, included with the sources installer, to recompile the packages (QR packages included) and install them to the IDE?
BTW: Which QR version are you using for that?

Hi jls,
Have you checked that the TQRChart package you are using really uses TeeChart v7.07 packages? The issue you report has been fixed in TeeChart Pro v7.07.

Hi Bert,
We fixed that issue with v7.07. Can you please test that the qrtee.pas unit you are using is the one shipped with v7.07 binary installers, not the one as a free download in the web?
We need to update those installers but in the mean-time you need to use that unit. Also, new TeeRecompile tool shipped with source code installer already compiles TQRChart packages with your current TeeChart and QR version.

QuickReports Flicker
Tried recompile/deinstall/reinstall, but in the end replacing TeeQR76.bpl in \windows\system32 fixed it.
Now the instructions Steema supplied, though dated in file names, indicate one has to do this (along with several other file replacements). Seeing I had done this once I just thought, incorrectly, that I could get away with just a basic recompile and component reinstall.
Happy customer now.
