I use Turbo Delphi Pro and I have PngComponents installed. Yesterday I installed the TChart 9 beta version but when I started the IDE I got an error message about TeeMaker and a conflict with PngComponents (stating it was using a file that already existed in PngComponents). Can anyone confirm this?

TeeMaker use PNGImage unit. Which is the exact error message do you get?
