website compatibility

it's minor, just ignore it if you guys don't care.
The website doesn't show well in mozilla or opera browser from the very beginning. The pictures are misplaced sometime and the links on the top sometimes doesn't work. Both browsers are free, so I guess more and more people will start to use them.

I'm sure it works 100% correct in IE
