Hi.
Did you install TeeChart from source code installer or did you use the binaries installer ? Help files are included only with binaries installer. They should be located in Teechart v7 \Docs\Help filder. If the installer failed to correctly install help files, then you can manually add them by using "Help -> Customize" menu options.
We'll review/fix all outstanding problems shortly and post new updated installers on our web site.
