TeeTree Versions and missing project files

Hi,
why there are different teetree source codes?
If I want to download with my teetree customer/lizenz there are an old one, if I want to download with my teechart pro lizenz VCL, there are another link?
The project files are still missing for TeeTree2QRC6Tee7....
