teechart.dll Registration Error ...

Hello,
I am having problems installing applications that have the tChart version 2.0.2652.22325. Specifically, when I install the application using Install Shield, I receive an error that the teechart.dll did not register properly. When I try to run the application, I get an error from the Microsoft error report generation tool as follows:
EventType : clr20r3 P1 : fevr.exe P2 : 1.6.2670.33500 P3 : 462e9488
P4 : teechart P5 : 2.0.2652.22325 P6 : 4616596f P7 : 12b1
P8 : 41 P9 : system.nullreferenceexception
The only way that I have been able to get our application that uses the tChart version 2.0.2652.22325 dll, is to use the Steema registration utility on the target machine.
We also have applications that get installed on the same target machine, but were created with the tChart version 2.0.2179.21172 dll. These applications install and operate correctly.
This is the first time that we have encountered this type of issue, and it has occured since we upgraded to the tChart version 2.0.2652.22325 dll. Do you have any advice?
Thanks,
Mark
