I need the anycpu version of tchart.dll but I can only find the 32 and 64 bit version.
Where does the install package locate the anycpu version?

You're right, the folder name "x86" is a misnomer, as the assemblies in this folder are compiled against "AnyCPU" as you can see in the following image:
It is the assemblies in the "x64" folder which are compiled specifically against "x64".
