We have ordered the TeeChart Pro for vistual studio 2010,
according to TeeChart Pro .Net Tutorials "By using TeeChart's installer application you will have succeeded in adding the TeeChart icons to the Toolbox of the Visual Studio .Net programming environment."

but after I installed it, there is no icons of teechart on Toolbox. How can I do next?

Hi,

If the installer failed when trying to install the component in the Visual Studio Toolbox, you can always do it manually creating a new tab in the toolbox and browsing to the dll through the "Choose Items..." option.

I select the TeeChart.dll, press ok buttion. there is wrong message. "Could not load the class lib C:\Program Files (x86)\Steema Software\Steema TeeChart for .NET 2012 4.1.2012.07130\net40\x86\TeeChart.tlb". then I select the file TeeCahrt.dll at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steema Software\Steema TeeChart for .NET 2012 4.1.2012.07130\net40\x86, the same message appears.

The 64bit version of the TeeChart.dll doesn't support design time. You have to add the 32bit version of the TeeChart.dll (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steema Software\Steema TeeChart for .NET 2012 4.1.2012.07130\net40\x86).
If you selected the TeeChart.dll from the x64 folder, I don't understand how it can be warning you about a TeeChart.tlb from the x86 folder. Was it a mistake? A double mistake?

It might be that the installer or the files copied were corrupted. Could you please try downloading and installing the installer again? If the problem persists, could you please translate into English the text of the error message?

The vision of TeeChart which I installed was TeeChartNET2012_4.1.2012.07130.exe, according to your suggestion, I uninstalled it ,then installed the same vision, but it failed. then I try to install TeeChartNET2012_4.1.2012.05100.exe, It's successed.

By the way,How many activation times I can use, because of updateing OS or computer?

Ok, if you want to install the newer version please try downloading it again and let us know the error message again if you get any.

By the way,How many activation times I can use, because of updateing OS or computer?

It's 20 times every version. For justified reasons we can increase this as well.
