Hide scroll bar on Legend

How is the Legend scroll bar made invisible. I cannot find the property.
I suggest use property Active to hide the scroll bar tool when you want, I think you can do something as next:

checkBox1.Checked = true;
}
private void checkBox1_CheckedChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
LegendScrollBar.Active = checkBox1.Checked;
}
