First time programmatically setting Cursor tool position (XValue or YValue) is ignored!
This can be seen in Cursor tool example (Tools\Cursor\Moving Programatically) in Examples browser.
Also you can see our screenshot as a proof.

This works fine for me here using latest TeeChart for .NET 2010 release available at the client area. Which TeeChart build are you using?

I inform you, that it is a behaviour of TeeChart known for us, and the solution is explained in this link. We have fixed it in the Demo project for next maintenance release, but at the moment if you want you can modify your example with indications of previous thread.
