I am looking for a TeeChart .Net version for VB 2010 .NET Express. but in your release notes you say:

When can we expect a version for Visual Studio 2010 with NET Framework 4.0 ?

I am using now TeeChart software Visual Studio 2008 3.5.3498.27368 .

I like to update to the newest version, but first I am going also to renew all software on my PC.

So I will first install Window-7 64 bits.
Next I will install VB2010 express with .Net version 4.

So I will develop under a 64 bits O.S, but I like to develop both 32bits and 64 bits applications.

Which TeeChart packets should I install on this update PC:

First TeeChartNET3UpdateBuild.exe and next TeeChartNET3x64.exe

or

only TeeChartNET3x64

or

should I start with my original package TeeChartNET3VSNET2008 and
next TeeChartNET3UpdateBuild.exe and/or TeeChartNET3x64.exe ?

Hi André,

I recommend you to install the latest binary installer to get full examples, documentation, tutorials, etc.; then install latest update build and x64 build for compiling 64-bit native applications.

Latest TeeChart for .NET v3 for VS2008 installer available at the client area.

which file is "the latest update build", and

Latest TeeChartNET3UpdateBuild.exe available at the client area.

which file is "the latest x64 build"

Latest TeeChartNET3x64.exe installer at the download page.

Please answer also my first question: When can we expect a version for Visual Studio 2010 with NET Framework 4.0 ?

TeeChart for .NET 2010, which is current TeeChart for .NET version, already supports Visual Studio 2010.

A final question:

I like to try this first on my current systen which contains the old version of TeeChart for .NET v3.

Should I start with removing this old version via Start / Configuration window / Program's or is that automatically done?

Hi André,

New version can overwrite old version but I recommend you to uninstall it before to avoid further mixed versions problems.
