Legend scroll bar crashes when user scrolls

We are using teechart .net 2. Please try and see if you can duplicate the error.

Code below works fine for me here using both v2 and TeeChart for .NET 2009. Could you please modify it or let us now the exact steps we should follow to reproduce the problem here?
