Tchart for .Net Install Error

Hi there

When install TeeChartNet1.exe I get the following 2 errors.
Error 1:
TOOLBO-1.EXE Common Language RuntimeDebugging Services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
Process id=0xf6c(3948), Thread ID=xf9c(3996),

Error 2:
TEEGOF-1.EXE Common Language RuntimeDebugging Services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
Process id=0x358(856), Thread ID=0x70(112),

On the download page there are two binary installers available, one for:

Latest Binary version: 24/Mar/2004 1:02 AM, Build 1.1.1544.23908
TeeChart Pro for Microsoft Visual Studio .Net - Registered version. Supports installation in Visual Studio.NET 2003 Framework v1.1.4322.

and the other:

Version for Visual Studio.NET.2002 only. Compiled with Framework v1.0.3705: 24th March 2004 Build 1.0.1544.23908

Are you sure you downloaded the first of these?
Do you have MSDN Help installed on your machine?
