Simple VCL application with TeeCommander on form produces AV on start.
C++Builder 12.1 with Win64x platform was used.

But the project is very simple:
C++ VCL application with one form, TeeCommander on the form.
Static linking and without dynamic libraries.
Profile - Win64x (Modern).
