Hi,
I have removed the default Indy installation in Delphi 10.4.2 and installed a more recent version of it. but the Recompile program is using the default Indy path. How can I change this?

Have you tried to rebuild the packages manually?
Just to be sure we do the same, did you update Indy following the instructions here?
