I install the TeechartVCLFMXSTANDARDSOURCE-2021.32 on Delphi RAD Studio 10.1 Berlin. It pops up with the following error:

An issue with Studio 10.1 Berlin installer does not include several Windows SDK

When I entered the above link And clIcK download button, it shows:
you don't have access to this submission. Please see similar submissions for RAD Studio and Binaries, and other submissions by Calvin Tang

Once I click on the "Download 40.5K" button, it asks me to login. Are you sure you logged in with an account that has access to it?
It works fine for me.

My Delphi is enterprise version. It is not allowed to download. Please advise how to install steema under Delphi enterprise version.
