Hello,

I want to install on a computer "TeeChart Pro VCLFMX-2020.30" for Delphi Rio 10.3.3 and Sydney patch 1 but I got this warning message and can't continue installation.

I removed previous Teechart version and FastReport.

Did I miss something before install new version ?

Please check that there are no folders left over from the previous install that may include teecalc.exe and that you are running the new installer with administrator rights.

I cannot tell you if your solution works, I didn't even try ton install new version again: I have to keep previous version for production

I installed .net framework 3.5 and I checked that I hadn't folders from previous version. I didn't found teecalc.exe in my computer.

I executed as admin the setup but I still have an issue.

I can run through the activation using your license details without issues from here:

Please check you aren't adding any space or another wrong character in the license or password boxes.

I checked input datas but I put correctly my licence number and password. I think I have right login informations. Maybe can we resolve it in PM ?
