TeeChartVCLFMXStandard-2018.24 installation 64bit-Windows

Running TeeChartVCLFMXStandard-2018.24 installation at Windows 10 for Delphi 10.2 Tokyo creates a folder Delphi25 with subfolders for different platforms.
For Win 32bit environment there is a subfolder Delphi25.Win32 with subfolder \bin inside where design time packages are located - DCLxxxx.bpl.
But for Win 64-bit envoronment there are no design time packages in Delphi25.Win64 subfolder (neither for other platforms).
How I can install TeeChart into Delphi 10.2 Tokyo Win-64bit without design time packages?

The Delphi IDE can build applications for win32, win64, macos, android, ios and linux, but it can only use 32bit design time packages.
