Can't load package dclado240.bpl

Hi
I use Delphi 10.1 Berlin Starter and wen I place a TChart-Component on a form, i receive the message. What can I do ( The Package is not part of the Starter-Version )

Hello,

TeeChart installation includes a version of the bpls for the "Starter" IDEs, named DclTeeProStd9*.bpl.
Open the "Component/Install Packages..." window, remove the TeeChart component from the list and add the DclTeeProStd9*.bpl package from the "Delphi*\Delphi*.win32\Bin" folder in your TeeChart installation.
