How to set TScrollPagerTool height?

I dynamic create a TScrollPagerTool and set to a Chart.

myTScrollPagerTool:= TScrollPagerTool.Create(Self);
myTScrollPagerTool.ParentChart:=DBChart1;
...


set myTScrollPagerTool.SubChartTChart.Height cannot change ScrollPagerTool's height.

How to set the myTScrollPagerTool's height?
