It lloks like that I cannot set the initial XValue of the TCursorTool. Attached is a sample project file. Any hwlp would be mostly appreciated.

If I'm not wrong, your subscription expired on September 2012. To get TeeChart updates you should renew your subscription. The fix will be included in the next TeeChart maintenance release. We could also send the fix to source code customers with a valid subscription.

You are 100% right Do I need to renew my subsrciption or upgrade?

I heavily use TChart in my applications and over the years some update changes altered the behavior of my plots. Since there is a change regarding GDI+ I am really sceptical regarding the installation of the latest version. I already modified my current chart tools code based on the latest version you sent me, I can set a custom value now (with a trick of course as the value cannot be set before the chart axis are drawn)

In that case there's little I can do, I'm afraid. My recommendation would be that you set up a test environment with your IDE and the latest TeeChart version so that you can test and compare it with the version you currently use. That way you can gain confidence on it and consider if it's worth adopting the new version as the production environment. Alternatively, you can try using the new version directly and go back to the older version if it doesn't satisfy you.
