Installed but not in IDE

Hello -

I am trying to install software on a new laptop, including Delphi 10.4.1 and TeeChart Pro VCL/FMX. The installation runs fine, but the components are not showing up in the Delphi IDE.

Due to centralization of IT support at my work, I no longer have Admin rights to my workstation. I had to run the installation using a temporary Admin account to install the software. I'm worried that I'd have to be logged in as that Admin to see the components, but I'm not sure.

Is there a way to install the package(s) from within Delphi IDE?

Hello Teri,

Try to add the design time package (DclTeePro927.bpl) from the "Delphi27\Delphi27.win32\Bin" folder in your TeeChart installation into the "Components/Install packages" list.
