After installing TeeChartVCL2010H2Help.zip tTree isn't recognize using 10.3.0

I made a very simple test with only a tTree included in the test project. Which fail as shown in the zip file included

Source and screen dumps are in the documentfolder

There is also included a few text files with the setup of compiler

Seems like tTree is not visible to the compiler.

Hope there is a simple solution to this.
