Error after installation

We updated from 2017.21 to 2018.026, before we uninstalled "old" version
After installation (10.2 Tokyo, german version) we get errors on starting Delphi
Chart-Component is not available
When we try to activate the "TeeChart Pro 2018 VCL Components"-Package we get Error-Message (same as on of the errors on starting delphi), screenshot is attached, english meaning should be something like "Procedure Entrypoint....not found". We cheked teh "Teeimport925.bpl", ist is existing in the Windows-System32 Directory.
To be able to work, we reinstalled 2017.21, that works well...
What can we do ?

Hello,

TeeChart v2018.26 binary version requires the Update 3 to be installed in Tokyo.
If you don't have it, the options are:
- Update Tokyo to Update 3 and use TeeChart v2018.26 binary version.
- Upgrade your TeeChart license to a source code license and recompile TeeChart v2018.26 with your Tokyo build.
- Keep using the old TeeChart and Tokyo versions that work together.
