TeeChart VCL Quick report component installation

I have installed TeeChartVCLFMXStandard-2018.24 at Windows 10 64-bit for Delphi 10.2 Tokyo
Now I have to install its QuickReport component.

Why the packages TeeQR925.dpk and DCLTeeQR925.dpk that are found at \\.....\Tee Chart\Delphi25\Delphi25.win64\QuickReport are designed for 32 it platform only?

You can take any of those TeeQR packages since I believe the same files are copied into both win32 and win64 folders.
Only the win32 platform has sense for the design time package, and the runtime package should have both win32 and win64. You can remove and add platforms in the "Project Manager".

I'm not sure if you are using QuickReport v6 or v5. In case you are using QuickReport v5, find attached the packages built with TeeChart Standard (commercial) v2018.24 and QuickReport 5.06 with RAD 10.2.3 Tokyo:
