TDragMarksTool for 3D point series?

Should the TDragMarksTool work for moving 3D marks or is there another tool? It does not seem to work for me like it does for 2D marks.

Hello,

This relies on the the click/clicked function that works with 2D and with 3D orthogonal charts but I'm afraid not with rotated charts.
