TeeChart 2018 and QuickReport6 Build 4.17

I installed Teechart 2018 on Delphi Tokyo 10.2.3 and when I was installing support for Quickreport 6 Build 4.17 I received the error message:

[dcc32 Fatal Error] TeeQRTeeReg.pas(21): F2613 Unit 'DsgnIntf' not found.

I did not find this file in Delphi 10.2.3.

Can you send me the updated Tee9QR6C25.zip file for the latest version of Delphi and QuickeReport?
