Problem installing Version 7, BCB v5 Enterprise

When I install Version 7, it tries to do a compile. I'm not sure this is right, since I don't have a source code version. It sticks on the screen asking for a source code directory. I noticed it's looking for BuilderC5 and installed everything in CBuilder5. Changing the directory to look to CBuilder5 does not help. Creating BuilderC5 and copying everything over does not help.

Please advise.

From reading some of the other threads, it seems there are some known problems with the Version 7 installation (??!!??). Anyway, it seems Steema is going to wait until 7.01 before messing with fixing the install.

Any idea when the updated version with the installation fix is due out???

Hi,

we'll prepare a new installer shortly ( I think in a few weeks ). But, can you tried to install the packages manually ? ( I think the installer copies a install.txt file under the installation directory ).
