Hi,

Please try the following: start zoom with the Mouse and release the Mouse button outside the Chart area.
The zoom rectangle kept on the screen, and when the mouse moves over the chart, it start to follow the mouse.

I think zoom should be cancelled if the mouse button is released outside the Chart Rectangle.

It would be nice to know, how to prevent this behavior.
