I could reproduce the issue here but I'm not sure if this is related to TeeChart or not as after completely removing all TeeChart traces from the IDE the problem still occurs, we will investigate the issue here and get back to you when we have further news.

BTW: Do you have any XE2 without TeeChart installed on it? Could you reproduce the issue there?

After some testing here we found it may be related to another random issue we found with TeeChart. If you double-click a TChart component at design-time can you see the chart editor or just an "empty" dialog? None of those work fine for me while it does in other machines.

when I disable teechar package.
everything is ok.
and when enable teechar package. sometime it works, sometimes form can't show controls.

After more testing we found that disabling TeeChart packages solves the issue. They hadn't been correctly disabled in previous tests. So I have added this issue to the bug list (TV52015928) to be investigated. So far we have only been able to reproduce this in Windows 7 32-bit machines. Could you please let us know which operating system are you using?

I too am having the same problem. Perhaps we should downgrade until a hotfix becomes available?

My configuration:

Windows 7 Pro SP1 64 Bit running in Parallels VM on Mac OS X 7.2
Experience Index 4.5 (whatever that is, needs refresh)

I wouldn't recommend downgrading as previous versions don't support Firemonkey. We found that this issue is random so maybe reopening XE2 or reinstalling TeeChart may temporally fix the issue for you.

I'm having the same problem. Windows XP 32 bit, Delphi XE2 update 3, and TeeChart Pro v2011.04.41118.
I just did a fresh install of Delphi XE2, update 2 then update 3, then as soon as I recompiled and install TeeChart, I couldn't see the controls anymore.

I'm afraid we haven't still found what can be causing this. It still looks like a random problem as we haven't been able to reproduce it consistently.

Slightly? All the cases I know about showed all the controls and the TeeChart editor perfectly, or nothing at all. Could you please explain it with more detail?

Yesterday the controls were only sometimes showing - I did a power off reboot today, instead of a restart and it seems to be working ok at the moment.

I just updated my ATI Radeon HD 3400 Series Driver from one dated 2009 to the latest (8.920.0.0) if that help at all

I defined it as "random" because I don't believe in supernatural powers but I can't find a logical explanation to how this problem appears and disappears in the machines I've seen.

I have the exact same problem here just after installing XE2 Update 4 BUT before installing Update 4 I NEVER seen that bug.
