Force axis length to match for two graphs

Hi
another question please. Is there a way to force a TeeChart axis to have some fixed length. I have a situation with two graphs positioned in panels one above another and would like to have them line up so that time events relative to the same values on the x axis line up. I also need to have a legend for each grapgh and this is where things fail. If I have different length series titles for the legends for each graph, then the legends change dimension and the graphs automatically resize. I would be nice to be able to lock axis dimensions in some way and have other aspects of the total TeeChart adjust the size of other components or blank space as neccessary.
