how to add scrollpager tool

I didn't find the method to add ScrollPager tool like TChart.Tools.Add(tc...).Please help me. Thanks!

TeeChart Pro ActiveX is not supported in Delphi as there's already TeeChart Pro VCL/FMX, the native version fully written in Delphi. Can you please confirm the exact TeeChart version you are using and the development environment you are working on?

Thanks for your reply.The version is TeeChart Pro Activex Control v2013.0.1.4 Release and the development environment is delphi 7. Import the activeX into delphi.

I see the scrollpager tool, in TeeChart ActiveX, can be used through the editor but not by code yet.
