Teechart OCX 2012 in Microsot Access 2010

Hi all,
I am new with TeeChart activex control.

I am working in a Windows 7x64 bit environment with Microsoft Office 32 bit version.

I have installed the regular registered version and I am creating a new form in Access with OCX inside.

Everything seems to be correct but after some clicks (passing from form view-mode to structure-mode and viceversa), the form loses the activex reference.

In other words, I still can see the frame of the TeeChart activeX but it is not more linked to the ocx control.

Any idea ?

The installation program of Teechart has registered the 32 bit version of the ocx. What is the goal of 64 bit version of the ocx ?

Thanks in advance.

Andrea

Hello Andrea,

I can not reproduce your problem here using Microsoft Access 2010 and TeeChart ocx 2012. Can you please, send us your project because we can reproduce your project here and try to find a good solution for you.

Thanks,

Hi Sandra,
you can download an example from this link:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/alcqik30v0w34 ... errore.zip

It is the same program provided by Steema as demo for Microsoft Access.

I have create a new form (Maschera) with a TeeChart ActiveX control inside.

After some time I go in "structure mode" of the form, something happens (I do not know what) and the control is no more working.

The only way to make it working again is to create a new Teechart control in the form.

I am using Windows 7x64 and the ActiveX is corretcly registered.

Any idea ?

Andrea

I get the error below when opening or closing the application you've sent. However, I don't seem to get any error when switching between view and structure modes. Is this the error you are getting?

It is to be used in 64bit environments. This is a 64bit application running in a 64bit OS. In example, Internet Explorer 64bit.
