Registered Control is Not Registered in Visual Studio?

I'm using TeeChart Pro Actives v2016 X64 Version (2016.0.0.2). It is properly registered and runs in my application as expected. However, I can't edit the dialogs that contain it in Visual Studio (2019).

The dialog editor says:

"The ActiveX control "TeeChart Pro Activex control v2016" is not registered on this computer.
Register the control and try again."

I've rerun regsvr32 to double check. It IS registered.

Any ideas?

it's a strange problem.
Are you using 64 bits version or 32 bits version ?
