Hang on exit of MFC application

Hi,

I have just upgraded an MFC application from Active X V7 to the latest Active 23.
I have implemented new classes & any changed required all runs well.

My problem is - on exit the MFX goes through CWinApp::ExitInstance etc. , but hangs an does not exit application properly.
I have tried various tricks but none have worked.
Remove any Tchart creation - exits fully.

Any ideas ?
