TeeChart2010 BCD Error

Hi,
I have upgraded my vb6 project from TeeChart8 to TeeChart2010. All is fine but for the following error :

run-time error '-2147418113 (8000ffff)'
68,2 is not a valid BCD value

If i run the program on a WinXP SP3 with the number separator set to dot all is fine, but the same program run on the same computer with the separator set to comma I get the error described above.

Any advice to resolve this problem ??

Could you please attach a simple example project we can run "as-is" to reproduce the problem here?
