Annotation Tool : Option units > percent or pixels

Please,

How to change by code the option of annotation tool position in percent instead of pixels. It's possible with the teechart editor, but i can't find the code for it.

I'm afraid this is not available programmatically. I'll add it to our defect list to be fixed for next releases.
