Tried recompile/deinstall/reinstall, but in the end replacing TeeQR76.bpl in \windows\system32 fixed it. Now the instructions Steema supplied, though dated in file names, indicate one has to do this (along with several other file replacements). Seeing I had done this once I just thought, incorrectly...
