I have only quickreport 5 installed no other 3rd party components. Don't know if this matters. It is otherwise a clean windows installation so should be easy to reproduce.

Not fixed with new installer. After the AV pops up a dialog to browse with the folder for TeeChart Sources. Don't know if theis helps finding the error.

I have exactly the same problem.
OS: Win7 64bit UK

No previous version of RAD Studio installed.
